Nothing on, or generated through, the Platform constitutes legal, financial, accounting, engineering, safety, compliance, or other professional advice.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, being Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (ACL), or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

Where the ACL permits LPM to limit its liability for services supplied, LPM limits its liability (at its option) to:

• supplying the relevant services again; or
• paying the cost of having those services supplied again.
